The option to pay by invoice is mainly used for reimbursing larger gatherings such as celebrations, weddings, corporate teambuilding events, or when a customer requests an invoice.
In this article, you will learn how to issue an invoice, where to find it in the administration, and how to set up a bank account number for bank transfer payments.
Issuing an invoice
Order all products to one bill and click Pay all.
In the Complete payment window, click Bill/No print and select Invoice.

Now enter the Company ID and click Search in ARES. The system will fill in the remaining company details.
After the first entry and printing of an invoice for a specific client, their details are saved in the system. You can then select them from the list of contacts directly in the Company name field. To manage your contacts, go to the web administration section Setup -> Contacts
Check the details and adjust Invoice date and Date of taxable performance if needed (these are set to the creation date by default, but you can change them) and the Due date (must be selected manually), then tap Confirm.

After completing the billing form, simply select the payment method in the Complete payment dialog – either cash/card or bank transfer.
You can set up bank transfer payments in the web administration under Settings -> Payment types. Enable the Bank transfer option and log in to the administration again for the change to take effect.
- After confirming the payment, two copies of the bill with details of the supplier and customer are printed. If bank transfer was selected, the receipt will also include the supplier’s bank details and a QR code for quick payment. Where to find the invoice in the web administration
You can also find the issued invoice in the web administration under Bills-> Bills, where you can identify and filter it by type in the Type column. You can view the invoice detail by clicking the detail (i) icon at the end of the row.
In the account detail, you can see information about the invoice – its number, supplier and customer details, due date, issue date, payment type, and items.
In the top right corner, you can print the invoice or view its progress – showing when each item was added and by which user.
How to set/change the bank account number
You can change the bank account number directly in the web administration under Settings -> System settings. Below, you will find the Bank account field, where you can enter your bank account number and save it. This account number will then appear on invoices closed with the Bank transfer payment type.
Important: Setting a bank account number is used only for closing the account with Invoice as the payment method by bank transfer. If you want to change the bank account number for receiving settlements from the Teya terminal, please contact us at pomoc@teya.com. |
