In the "Reports" section, under the "Stock Overview" tab, you can see the value of your stock inventory in euros. You can track the balance of inventories, the total stock inflow and write-offs, as well as the stock status for a specific date within a selected period.
How to view the stock overview
- In the "Reports" section, select "Stock Reports."
- Choose the warehouse and period for which you want to view the values.
- You can view the overview for the month, week, day, or any other period.
- You can filter the overview and export it to a .csv file.
Main data in the overview
Total stock value at the beginning of the period
The sum of the values of all stock cards at the beginning of the selected period.
Example: 10 bottles of Prosecco at €150 20 bottles of Pinot Grigio at €120 15 bottles of Pinot Noir at €200 |
Total stock value at the end of the period
The sum of the values of all stock cards at the end of the period.
Example: We sold all the Pinot Grigio. 10 bottles of Prosecco and 15 bottles of Pinot Noir remain. New stock value: €4,500 |
Total value after restocking
The sum of the values of all restocks during the selected period.
Example: Restocked 10 bottles of Prosecco at €250. Restocked 10 bottles of Pinot Grigio at €100. |
Inventory balance
The sum of the differences in the inventory count.
Example: At the start: 10 bottles of Prosecco at €150. After inventory, 3 bottles are missing. |
Total write-offs
The sum of all write-offs in the warehouse.
Example: During a tasting, 5 bottles of Pinot Grigio at €120 were broken. |
Total stock transfers
The value of all stock transfers between warehouses.
Example: Transferred 5 bottles of Pinot Noir to the "Tasting" warehouse. |
Total production
The value of newly produced stock cards.
Example: Producing Aperol Spritz. The required ingredients are deducted. |
Total sales
The sum of the values of all sales.
Example: Sold 10 bottles of Prosecco at €150. |
Total "Issued – Unpaid"
The sum of the values of products issued without payment.
Example: A client returned 1 bottle of Pinot Noir (€200). |
Total manual price change
The differences in stock card prices after a manual adjustment.
Example: Manual price change for Pinot Grigio from €120 to €150. |
Negative quantity revaluation
Deviations caused by selling negative stock quantities.
Example: Sold 20 bottles of Prosecco, but only had 10 bottles. Purchased 20 bottles at €200 each. New stock value: €2,000 Revaluation value: -€1,000 |
If a stock card has negative values, it is not possible to use a weighted average to recalculate the price. In such cases, the restocking price becomes the new stock card price. To avoid revaluation, it is recommended to adjust the stock movements with correct dates.
