The 14-inch Storyous POS terminal is the middle option in our Storyous offer. It provides comfortable control with a stylish wooden stand, and it already includes Landscape display with Table Map.
Thanks to the large 13.3" FullHD screen, we were able to simplify the operation of the Storyous interface, making your work easier.
Landscape Mode and Table Map
When you install the tablet horizontally, Landscape mode is automatically activated. This allows you to see all the table categories stacked vertically, with individual tables from all categories placed next to each other (in vertical view, all tables are stacked).
Another use of the POS screen is in the Table Map mode. This feature allows you to arrange the tables according to the layout of your business. This function gives you a better overview of the tables and occupancy.
In Landscape mode, you select and add accounts for open tables via a dialog window. The action is triggered by pressing and holding your finger on the table.
Landscape is preset on all 14-inch or larger POS terminals. To activate it, simply rotate the display of your device to the horizontal position. To activate the Table Map, please contact our customer service.
Hardware
The heart of the device is a quad-core Cortex-A17 processor, with cores operating at 2.0 GHz, along with 2GB of RAM for smooth operation of the Android system, which runs the Storyous POS app.
The new device is designed as a stationary POS terminal, so it does not have its own battery and works only when plugged into an outlet via the power cable.
On the front, in addition to the 13.3" touchscreen, there is a 5 MP front camera.
On the back, you will find, in addition to the speakers, the power button (4) at the bottom in vertical view, and on the side, a power connector (5) and two USB connectors (6).
Accessories
You can also connect a printer to this POS terminal for quick and stable receipt printing via USB. The default printing solution works via Bluetooth, but for USB connection, please contact our customer support.
