Large Bluetooth Printer

Loading the Paper Roll

We recommend ordering paper rolls from us, as we offer only high-quality German-made thermal paper.

Open the top of the printer and insert the roll into the internal compartment, ensuring that the paper unwinds upward, as shown in the image. If the paper is running low, a red panel on the front of the printer will light up.

Pairing the Printer with Your Tablet

  • Plug the printer into a power outlet and turn it on. In the Android settings on your tablet, go to the Bluetooth section and check that the Bluetooth adapter is turned on (3). You should see the printer listed as "Printer001" in the available devices. Tap on it to select it (4).
  • To pair the device, you will need to enter the PIN code. For this model of printer, the code is "0000." After that, "Printer001" will move from the available devices to the paired devices list.

  • In the Storyous POS app, go to Settings → Printers, select the printer, and print a test print. The printer will produce a confirmation print showing that everything is working correctly.

Self-test

A self-test is a printout with the device’s technical details. To print it, follow these steps:

  1. Make sure your printer is plugged in.
  2. Turn off the printer.
  3. While the printer is off, press and hold the FEED button (the large button on the front).
  4. Keep the button pressed and turn the printer on. Continue holding the button for about 5 seconds. The printer will then produce a longer paper strip with technical details — a self-test.

USB Connection

If you have our 14" or 15" cash register in your business, you can connect your printer to it using a USB cable. However, a change must also be made to our internal system, so please contact us at our customer support email or phone number to connect via USB.

Diagnostics

  • Power Indicator: If the blue Power light is on, the printer is correctly connected to the power supply, and the power is functioning properly. If the Power light is off despite the printer being plugged in, please check the connection of the power adapter (it consists of two parts and must be securely connected).
  • Error Indicator: If the red Error light is blinking, there may be an issue with the automatic cutter, overheating of the printhead, or an empty paper roll. If the Error indicator blinks, try unplugging the printer for 5-10 minutes to let it "rest."
  • Paper Indicator: If the red Paper light blinks, the printer is indicating a paper shortage
