Loading the Paper Roll

We recommend ordering paper rolls from us, as we offer only high-quality German-made thermal paper. Open the Cashino printer by pressing the sides of the cover and insert the roll inside the printer, ensuring the paper unrolls upwards, as shown in the image.

Tip: Use high-quality thermal paper (you can order them through our sales department; contact information can be found here).

Diagnostics

On your printer, you will find two LED indicators – red and blue.

  • Red Indicator:

    • If the red indicator is on continuously, the device is powered on.

    • If it blinks, the printer is on but inactive (idle).

  • Blue Indicator:

    • It blinks quickly while charging.

    • It blinks slowly when the battery is low.

    • It stays on continuously when the device is fully charged, and you can disconnect it from the charger.

  • Both indicators blinking simultaneously:

    • If both indicators are blinking, the printer is reporting a paper shortage.
