In this subsection of settings, you can customize your receipts. You can add a logo and text to the receipts and create reasons for canceling a receipt, which will be displayed in the POS application when canceling or reopening a bill.
To access the Bill Settings, select the Settings icon in the top panel of the page.
Receipt Text and Logo
If you want to set up the appearance of the receipt, activate additional receipt features, or manage reasons for canceling a receipt, select Settings > Receipts in the menu on the right.
At the top of the page, you can customize the receipt by adding:
- Receipt header
- Message for the customer (printed at the bottom of the receipt)
- Receipt image – logo
| Note: You cannot have both a header and a logo on the receipt at the same time. |
Logo Parameters
- Formats: JPG, PNG, GIF
- Maximum size: 2 MB
- Recommended dimensions: 576 × 260 pixels
Additional Receipt Settings
In the options below, you can define what will be printed on your receipt, payment types on the receipt, etc. Simply read the description and activate the desired features accordingly.
Print proposed tip amount
In the admin, you can set a tip percentage that will automatically appear on the receipt. This option will help your staff collect more tips from customers.
Once activated, the set percentage will appear on the receipt, the receipt preview, or both (your choice).
Reasons for Receipt Cancellation
At the bottom of the page, you can easily set reasons for canceling a receipt. You can add new reasons, deactivate existing ones, edit reasons, or delete them.
Discount note
As with the reasons for canceling the receipt, notes for granting a discount can now also be set. Thanks to this, you will get a better overview of why the staff provides discounts and will facilitate the follow-up.
