Menu sets are an additional feature that allows you to create a menu consisting of multiple courses. With menu sets, you can set a fixed price regardless of the prices listed for individual products.
Important: if you are interested in this feature for your business, you need to contact our customer support team to activate it. |
Once activated, you will find this feature in the Businesses (1) tab on the top bar of the page. In the menu on the left, select the Menu sets (3) option.
Important: before you start, make sure you select the specific Business (2) in the top left corner. |
Example: Company XY owns a burger bar and a café. Business A is the burger bar, and Business B is the café. With the Storyous POS system, you can manage multiple businesses. Therefore, don’t forget to switch correctly between businesses when setting up. |

How does the daily menu look in the application?
After completing the setup (and logging out and logging back in to the application), you will find your Menu sets in the application on the tablet, always in the first category named "Menu" (6).
When you click on the selected Menu set, you will first select the Number of guests (7) – one selection per guest (8) from each course. Once you select a product from the first course, the menu set will automatically move on to the next course selection. Confirm your final choice (9).
You can choose whether menu set orders will be printed by individual courses (10), meaning first courses together, second courses together, etc. (default setting), or if they will be printed per individual menu (11), so the chef knows which course belongs to which. If you want the second type of printing for menu set receipts, contact our customer support line.
