My Storyous App

The My Storyous app allows you to easily track key overviews such as takings, occupancy, stock card levels and invoice history. It is available for devices with iOS and Android. To download it, click the icon for your operating system:

Logging in to the app

  1. Open the app and click Log in. A page will open for logging in with your Teya ID. Use the same username and password as for the Storyous back office.
    • Instructions on how to reset your password can be found in the article Forgotten password.
  2. If you have more than one company registered with us, select the one you want to log in under. In the app settings you can then add more.
  3. The Venue overviews page will appear.

After logging in, you will see a screen with overviews of your venues. In the bottom bar you will see four icons – Venue overviews, Stock, Invoice history and Settings. We will go through them in more detail below.

Place overviews

In this section you will see either your place or multiple places, possibly under several companies (you can add companies in Settings; you will find instructions further down in this article). Click a given venue to display its details. Using the ≡ icon in the top right corner you can choose which venues are shown on this page.

In the detail you will see:

  • Occupancy in %,
    • it is calculated as open tables / total number of tables in the venue (employee and long‑term tables are not included),
  • open sales,
  • total sales for the selected time frame (you can set the period by clicking the filter icon in the top right corner).
    • You can click this field to display a breakdown of total takings by payment type.

Stock

If you have Stock management active with us, you will see a brief overview of levels on your stock cards here. At the top you can click the company and choose which one you want to display. Below you can select the warehouse whose details you want to see.

You can then search by stock card name. You will see their levels and value. More detailed views can be found in the web back office.

Invoice history

In this section you will find all issued invoices; for example, you can check whether everything has been paid. By clicking the currently selected company at the top you can switch to another one.

Settings 

In this section you will find:

  • details of the logged-in user, and you can also log out of the app,
  • a way to connect to chat with customer support – simply click Chat,
  • the option to add another company using Add merchant +. Then just log in with your email and password and select the company you want to see in the app.

Access to the app

From the predefined roles, the app can be accessed by the owner role and manager role. If you also want to grant access to someone else, you can either create a new user role or copy one of the predefined ones. In the Storyous apps section, tick Has access to the Storyous app.
