With automatic stocktaking, you will use the Alias function. This feature allows you to connect and pair different product names with a single stock card.

Although the electronic delivery notes have different names, the Alias function allows the system to recognize that the stock card for Tomatoes should be updated. |
You can easily create a new Alias by assigning it to a stock card.
