Phone orders for delivery

If you want to speed up your phone orders for delivery or pickup, you will definitely appreciate our new feature, which allows you to easily enter customer details when placing an online order: name, address, phone number, and pickup/delivery time. When you confirm the order and the customer calls you next time, simply enter their phone number, and their details will be suggested from the order history.

How does it work?

Go to the Sales section in the app menu, long-press the New Order button, and a dialog window will automatically open for entering customer details.

Fill in their name, surname, phone number, address, and choose whether the order is for pickup or delivery. You can also add a note if needed. Then click the Create Order button and start adding the items the customer wants to order. Once they arrive for pickup, simply close the bill according to the payment method. You can easily find the order in Open Orders, saved under the customer’s name.

When the customer calls again, simply long-press the New Order button and start typing their phone number. The system will automatically suggest their details and autofill them.

If you have kitchen order printing enabled, once you select the products, a kitchen ticket will be printed for the chef, including order details such as the customer's name and pickup time. Please note that these tickets with customer details will only print if the order is placed on the main register that is paired with a kitchen printer.
