Remote Assistance

The last option in the Help Center is Remote Assistance. This is intended for extreme cases where we need to access your tablet remotely to resolve your issue using remote access – it allows us to control your tablet from our office.

After tapping Remote Assistance, your tablet will prompt you to install the QuickSupport app. Approve this by tapping Install, and once the installation is complete, select Open.

If you already have QuickSupport installed on your device, it will open immediately after tapping the option.

Once opened, you will see your QuickSupport ID in the form of a nine-digit number (2). As soon as you have your ID, contact our customer support (since Remote Assistance is rarely needed, it is likely that we are already speaking with you on the phone). Provide us with your ID, and we will connect to your tablet remotely. You will only need to confirm the connection, and we will resolve your issue to your satisfaction.
