If you're pausing your business for more than 2 months, please make sure to contact us for device deactivation and pickup.

Why is the pickup necessary?

  • You won’t pay for the device while you're not using it.
  • When you resume operations, you’ll receive a new device – in perfect condition, with the latest software, a new battery, and a new SIM card.
  • You avoid any potential issues with outdated or damaged equipment.
Note: If your All-in-One device includes a payment terminal and you choose to keep it during the inactive period, your fees for card transactions may change, as the terminal becomes unprofitable when not in use.

How to reactivate your All-in-One device?

Once you're ready to restart operations, just call our sales team. We'll process the order, and you'll receive a new device within 2 working days.
