If it is not possible to use the Storyous online cash register, you must issue replacement documents – simplified receipts (paragons). Every simplified receipt issued must be subsequently recorded in the Storyous system, no later than 10 days after the end of the month in which the operation of the cash register was restored.
Archiving of documents
Copies of simplified receipts are archived together with the cash register receipts that are subsequently created for them.
Replacement documents are subject to the obligation to be archived for 5 years.
Important notice
An internet connection outage is not a reason to issue simplified receipts (paragons) when using an online cash register. You can continue to operate in Offline mode.
Replacement documents are used only when the cash register cannot be used at all.
The receipt is issued in offline mode.
