TERMINATION OF THE PAYMENT TERMINAL

If you decide that you do not use the terminal sufficiently or you will no longer be interested in it for other reasons, it is necessary, as in the case of acquisition, to request termination of services using the document "Termination of contract", which send to us at pomoc@storyous.com.

Attention - if you own more than one payment terminal (maintained at one ID number) and wish to return only one of them, please fill in this document "Return of POS terminal".

After sending the document, the 30 days notice period begins to count, so if you know in advance that you will not need the terminal, we recommend that you send the request in advance.
