We provide a hardware warranty according to our tariffs.
If you have a Standard or Profi tariff with us, we provide you with a standard warranty period of 24 months, if you have a Start tariff and at the same time you have purchased equipment from us at IČO, the warranty period is 12 months. The warranty period is always calculated from the date of purchase.
According to our terms and conditions, the warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, handling, operation or neglect of equipment, wear and tear or mechanical damage, or electrical overvoltage.
We will not accept a complaint if your device has been damaged by a computer virus, the use of illegal software, the use of unauthorized consumables, excessive loading, or exposure to too demanding conditions (high temperatures, low temperatures, environments with harmful chemical or mechanical influences). The warranty period also does not apply to failures caused by the poor quality intervention (domestic repairs, etc.) or force majeure (floods, fires, and other natural disasters).
