The last option in the Help Center is Remote Control (1). It is designed for extreme cases where we need to look into your tablet remotely and solve your problem with remote access - it allows us to control your device from us from the office.
After you click Remote Assistance, your tablet prompts you to install QuickSupport, click Install to enable it, and select Open when you are finished. If you already have QuickSupport on your device, click it to open it directly.
When you open QuickSupport, you will see your ID in the 9-digit format (2). Once you know the ID, you will contact our customer support (due to the rarity of using Remote Control, we are likely to talk to you on the phone) and tell us the ID. We will then join you from us, then you need to confirm the connection, and we will solve the problem to your satisfaction.
