Most of the features of the Storyous POS system can be found in the Web Administration. Everything from revenue and earnings reports, performance of individual staff members, list of all closed bills, accounting records, warehouse overview and etc. to settings of tables and products in your menu. Web administration offers many other options that can be easily learnt through each article of this help site.

To access the administration, sign in with your user account by entering your password at If your system is new and you do not have your login yet, contact us at

Once you log in, you will be able to see the Web Administration interface. At the top you select  given sections of the Administration (1), clicking on the section will show you all the options in the Menu on the left side (2). Last at the top bar is where your account can be found. Set up your profile, sign out, change users or change your company initials(3) by clicking on it .

From the administration, you can contact us by chat using the message icon below (5).

If you have more than one business or venue within your company , you can manage all of them in one administration (4) with the owner's account.

In reports, you're primarily working on statistics, the crucial part of your reports is made up of editable chart files from which you can read all the important information. Bills tab is where a list of all closed receipts, cash movements and closing dates can be found. Also is possible to check all discounts and canceled receipts and more over here. More about bills is written down right here.


In stocks you are working with a complete and sophisticated warehouse management tool including inventories. In this part of Administration is where stock up could be processed, the stock cards itself serves as basic unit for deduction from the given stock when an item is sold on a tablet or used in recipes. You can manage a variety of features in your business: create and setup tables for the POS application as well as the products in its menu; settings for printed receipts, daily menus or even foreign exchange rates. Find all the sections here.
