This function makes it possible to distinguish whether it is a customer table (ie a regular table), an employee table or a long-term table.
Sales at the employees tables are not included in the company's current open sales. This way you can use price levels or discounts for employees without affecting your earnings reports and statistics. Employee and long-term tables are not included in current reports, therefore do not distort the current occupancy of the company.
