After selecting the products, the customer adds the order to the cart and continues the order process.
In the next step he will fill in the contact information, will select if he will pick up the order personally and when or if he wants his order to be delivered and where. Currently it is not possible to set the time of delivery, it is necessary to agree on time with the customer.
The customer then pays for his order in advance through the payment gateway.
Then the customer will be asked to wait for the confirmation from the restaurant.
In case of rejection, the customer will be informed that his order was rejected by the restaurant.
If you accept it, the customer will see a confirmation message and also will get a confirmation email.
The order will then be automatically copied to the Storyous POS sales application, and you will also be informed about it by the tablet's audible signal. (Storyous POS must be running for it to appear in the application.)
