If you encounter any problems while working with Storyous, you can contact us directly on your tablet in the Help Center section of the application menu by clicking Technical Support Chat (1). We will respond to your message within few minutes.
When you select the Chat with customer support option, a window will open with all the chat conversations that have ever taken place between you and us. To open a completely new conversation, click on the pencil at the top right, and select it from the list to continue an existing conversation. Use the cross to return to the Help Center.
After opening a new or selecting an older conversation, a chat window will open in which you can type messages using the keyboard. You can also attach an file there.
You can chat with us not only in the application, but also in your web administration or on our website. Just click on the message icon in the red circle at the bottom right.
