In the Payment methods section in Settings (cogwheel) in the administration, you can enable or set up additional payment methods, which you will then be able to use on your till.

Setting up a new payment method
- Click the + New type button in the top right corner.
- Enter the Name of the payment method.
- Click the Save button.
You can enable or disable the payment type you created for your business at any time using the button in the Status column. You can change the order by grabbing the six dots to the left of the name and holding them while you move the item.
For the new payment method to be synced to the till, you need to log out of the Storyous app on the till and log in again. You will then see the new payment type in the payment completion window – just click Other. The first two payment types from the list in the administration will be displayed on the till to the left and right in red next to the Other button.
| Tip: If you want to issue an invoice to a customer, you do not need to activate this payment type in this section. Instead, in the till in the payment dialogue window click Receipt and select Invoice. You can find the full procedure in the article Payment by invoice and bank account set-up. |
