Seasonal business churn

If you pause your business for more than 2 months during the season and are using a terminal or a mobile waiter with a terminal gateway from us, please get in touch so we can deactivate and pick it up.

Why is it important to return the device?

  • You do not pay unnecessary rental fees if you are not actively using the device.

  • Your card transaction fees will not increase. In inactive mode, operating the terminal or mobile waiter is not cost‑effective and this may lead to a recalculation and increase of the payment gateway fees.

  • When you resume operations, we will send you a device in perfect condition, with up‑to‑date software, a new battery, and a new SIM card.

  • You avoid problems with outdated or damaged devices.

How to get mobile waiter or terminal after the season churn?

When you are ready to start selling again, simply call our sales team (you can find the contact details here). We will process your order and you will have the new device within 2 business days. These articles can help you with activation:
