Worked hours

In the Reports  →  Worked Hours section, you can find a detailed overview of your employees’ shifts – from the total number of worked hours, through average values, to individual records. This feature helps you easily track attendance and team efficiency.

Note: This feature must be activated.

You can find instructions on how to do this in the article Employee Attendance or on our YouTube channel:

Overview metrics

At the top of the page, the main statistics for the selected period are displayed:

  • Total number of employees on shift – how many people logged into a shift during the selected period.
  • Total number of worked hours – the sum of all hours worked by all employees.
  • Average number of hours per day – the average worked time per day.
  • Average number of hours per employee/day – the average worked time of one employee during a day.

These values quickly show how the workload is distributed among employees.

Worked hours chart

The chart shows a combination of revenue (blue bars) and worked hours (red line).
This allows you to see how employee workload translates into revenue.

Individual staff tables

Below the chart, you will find a list of individual employees and their shifts. For each shift, you can see:

  • Day and time of shift start/end
  • Break (if added)
  • Total number of hours
  • Venue where the shift was worked

If an employee forgets to end a shift, the system automatically closes it and displays a warning. Times can be edited retroactively using the pencil icon.

Filtering and export

  • Using the dropdown menu, you can filter worked hours by a specific employee.
  • Data can be exported to a file using the Export shifts button.

Add shift

You can add a new shift using the + Add shift button in the top right corner. This is useful, for example, when manually completing attendance records.
