Cash tips

When paying with cash, it is now possible to enter a tip. When completing the payment, select the payment type "cash," and a table will appear where you can enter the new amount the customer wants to pay. The system will automatically calculate the difference, which will be considered the tip.

You can activate or deactivate the tip function in your web administration under Settings (gear icon) in the Cash Register Settings section.

How Tips Are Displayed in the System

  • Tips are not included in the revenue, so they do not appear in the Revenue Overview or on the printed receipt.
  • Information about the total tip amount can be found in the closing report.
