Split payment

At the checkout, you can pay the bill by clicking Pay all or Pay separately. The Pay separately function allows you to split the payment by products, into equal parts, or by amount. This way, your customer can pay part of the bill with a meal voucher/voucher and the rest, for example, in cash or with another payment method, which you can set up in Settings -> Payment types directly in the administration.

By products

By default, when you click Pay separately, you will see the option to split the bill into multiple payments by products. Simply select the given products and click the amount in the bottom right. You will then see a window to complete the payment. 

You can then proceed to pay for other products on the bill, or you can click the Back button in the bottom left and add more items to the bill.

You can then find the receipts directly in the Bill history directly on the checkout.

And also in the administration in the Bills -> Bills section.

By value

You can activate splitting the bill by amount by clicking By value in the bottom left after clicking Pay seperately. You now have the option to split the bill in half, into thirds, etc., or to enter an exact amount according to the payment type. This can be useful, for example, if the customer wants to pay part of the bill with a meal voucher and pay the remainder by card.

Once you select the desired payment type, simply enter the amount to be paid on the window and confirm the payment. After selecting the first payment type, all options will turn black. At this point, select the next desired payment type in the same way. You will then choose the amount to be paid with the next payment type and confirm the payment.

Once the bill is correctly split to the full amount, you can select Complete payment in the bottom right.
If you make a mistake when splitting the payment, you can remove the items at any time and start again. Alternatively, you can also split the bill evenly.
You can then find the receipt directly in the Bill history directly on the checkout.
And also in the administration in the Bills -> Bills section. Here you will find it under Payment type - Split payment. In the overviews, you will see revenues by the payment methods with which the bill was closed – i.e. cash and card.
