Before You Begin
Before creating your first order, you need to:
- Have products and categories created in the web administration.
- Log in to the POS system using the login credentials.

Creating a New Order
- Open the Storyous POS app on your POS system.
- Log in with your user profile.
- Select the product category you created.

Click on the desired product – it will be moved to the “New Order” section on the right side.
Tip: If your products or categories are not showing, try logging out and logging back in through the profile circle in the top right corner. This will ensure they are updated.

Payment for the Order
- Click on the “Pay All” button (on the bottom bar of the order screen).
- A tab of the Payment completions will appear.
- Select the payment method (cash/card) – the order will be closed, and the receipt will be printed.
| Note: If you want to get started quickly, you can use the pre-set category with products by VAT rates. However, for better organization, we recommend creating your own products and categories. |
