In the section Reports → Current Overview, you can find an overview of all currently open tabs in your business. This section helps you monitor current occupancy, the value of open sales, and the duration of guests’ visits in your venue.

Data in the report
At the top of the screen, you can see a summary of today’s figures.
- Today’s Sales – the total value of closed tabs for the current day.
- Open Sales – the total value of currently open tabs.

Open Sales – Staff / Long-term – special tabs that remain open for longer periods (e.g., internal, resident, or staff accounts).
These can be set directly for a specific table under Business → Tables. A detailed guide can be found here.Note: These tabs are not displayed in the chart to prevent them from affecting total revenue values, as they have not yet been closed. -
Current Occupancy – the ratio between the number of tables with open tabs and the total number of tables in the business.
Formula: (Number of tables with open tabs ÷ Total number of tables) × 100
Open Tabs Table
Below the chart, you’ll find a table listing all currently open tabs in your business.
Each row represents one table and displays:
- Table / Tab Name
- Value of Open Sales
- Time Since Opened – how long the tab has been open, allowing you to monitor the duration of guests’ visits.
You can export the table data to Excel using the “Export Table” button.
Tab Details and Activity
If you want to view more information about a specific tab, click either on the table name or the “i” icon at the end of the row.
You’ll see the tab’s activity log, which includes:
- When the tab was created
- Which items were added or removed
- Which staff member handled the tab
