In the "Discounts and cancellations" tab of the "Reports" section, you will find information about which actions are most frequently used in your business – cancellations, discounts, payment reversals, reprints of receipts, or the "Issued – Unpaid" function.
If you manage multiple businesses, on the left, you can select the business for which you want to view data (1), and set a specific time period (2).
You can export your data from the chart or table (3a, 3b) in .xls format for Excel.
The table contains data on potential losses, the total amount of accounts, and their number.
In the chart, using checkboxes (4), you can filter the display for selected actions.
