In the Setting you can find Integrations section in your web administration, you will find an overview of selected partners we work with. In one place, you can view the integration offers, activate them yourself without needing to contact our support, and configure them directly in your system.

Integrations you can activate in the administration
At the moment, you can activate the following integrations:
• Foodora
• Qerko
• Choice
• Dishboard
• Flowpay

Activating an integration
Open the Storyous integrations section in the web administration.
Choose the partner you are interested in – for each one you will see a logo, a short description, and information on whether the integration is already active.
Click More information – you will see its benefits and price (if it has been set).
If it is necessary to enter details from the partner (e.g. Place ID), you will receive them directly from them.

After you click Activate, the integration will start and a confirmation will appear. Any further settings are then done directly with the partner (e.g. menu configuration in Foodora).
Deactivating an integration
It is currently not possible to disable an integration directly in the web administration. If you want to cancel it, contact our support by phone, email, or chat. You can find the contact details here.
Missing an integration?
We regularly add new partners. Some integrations are easy to launch and you can activate them yourself, others require our assistance. If you do not see an integration you are interested in here, let us know – we will be happy to tell you whether and when it will be available.
