Qasima is a service for selling digital gift vouchers that customers can purchase online and redeem directly at your establishment using a QR code.
How Qasima Works
You have your own website for selling vouchers.
Vouchers are managed in the Qasima administration panel and can be fully customized.
When a customer orders a voucher, they pay through a payment gateway, enter their email, and promptly receive a voucher with a QR code.
There are two types of vouchers:
Single-use – can be used only once, even if the full value isn't spent.
Reusable – value is deducted gradually with each purchase.
Activating the Integration
Contact Qasima to request activation of the integration.
Qasima will assist you with registration and provide the following details:

Qasima will send these details to us, or you can forward them yourself.
Using Qasima in Storyous
After activation, a new payment type "Cashless" will appear in Storyous.
When closing a bill, select this payment type and scan the QR code from the voucher.
The remaining credit balance will be printed on the receipt.
If the credit is insufficient or the voucher has expired, the payment will not be processed.
This function can also be used with split payments.
Tipping cannot be added to a bill paid via Qasima.
The QR code can only be scanned using the built-in code reader or an external reader.

Storyous offers a reader that works via USB and Bluetooth, making it suitable for all devices.
Display in Administration
Accounts paid via Qasima will appear as "Cashless" payment type.
In the Accounts section, you can filter them by payment type.
