All sales made in the Storyous app on your devices are also recorded in the administration. The bill overview provides control over sales and allows you to filter and search bills. You can customize the columns in the overview and access detailed information about a specific bill. If necessary, you can reprint the bill, track its progress, and even process a refund or change the payment method.
To view or check bills for a specific business, select the Accounts tab (1) in the top bar of the page. In the menu on the left, select Bills (3).
Note: If you manage multiple businesses under one profile, you can view bills for all your businesses or simply select a specific business (2) from the list at the top left.
Searching, filtering, and adjusting columns
In the table, you can flexibly search for specific bills by their reference number. You can also select a specific time period, apply various filters to refine your search, and easily adjust the columns displayed in the table.
Bill details, printing, and progress
To view the details of a specific bill, track its progress, or reprint it, follow these steps:
- Find the bill whose details you want to view.
- Click on the bill reference number or the information icon.
- The bill details will be displayed.
- If you want to print this bill, click on the Print Bill button in the top right corner.
- To view the bill's progress, click on the Bill Progress button in the top right corner.
The bill progress will provide information about all actions performed with that bill. It will show you which user worked with the bill, who closed the bill, when it was closed or reopened, and other details.
How to delete bills?
In the Storyous administration, you have the option to easily cancel a bill or change the payment method. Both actions can be conveniently performed within the bill overview table.
Important: We strongly recommend performing bill cancellations or payment method changes directly in the POS app on your device. If you decide to process a refund or change the payment method in the Storyous administration, please note that changes involving card transactions will not automatically be recorded. For example, if a bill paid by card was canceled or the payment method was changed from card to cash in the Storyous administration (not in the POS app), you will need to process the refund in the Business portal as well, where all card transactions are recorded. |
How to Download Receipts?
You can easily download receipts directly from the administration. To download, follow these steps:
- In the Receipts section, click the three-dot icon in the top right corner of the table.
- From the menu that appears, choose the option where you want to export the receipts:

- Export to Flexibee
- Export to Pohoda
