The supplier overview shows you in one place all the companies you trade with and the total value of goods and ingredients you have received from them. This helps you see more clearly how much you buy from each supplier and what the value of your purchases is.
Thanks to the supplier overview, you have a clear picture of:
- who your main suppliers are,
- how much you buy from them in total,
- which ingredients make up the largest share of your costs.
This helps you to:
- plan your purchases better,
- assess whether working with each supplier is worthwhile for you,
- have data ready for negotiating prices and terms.
Contents of the supplier overview
In the supplier table you can:
- set the period for which the data should be displayed,
- use search to quickly find a specific supplier.
Supplier detail
If you want to see detailed information for a selected supplier:
- Find the supplier in the supplier overview.
- Click the information icon (i) at the end of the row.
- A supplier detail will open, where you will see:
- a list of all ingredients and stock cards you buy from them,
- the total value of stock receipts for the selected period,
- the total number of units,
- the average purchase price excluding VAT for each ingredient.
