The Storyous system offers the option to enable Fast process of payment. This mode is ideal for retail sales and allows for faster payment completion. In the POS, instead of the Pay separately and Pay all buttons, buttons such as Cash and Card will appear, depending on which payment methods you have set as the first and second.
Activation in the web administration
You can activate this feature in the web administration in the section Settings (gear icon in the top right) -> POS settings under Additional functions.
Functionality in the POS application
In the POS application, after logging out and back in, you will see the payment types directly in the bottom bar. You can configure them in the section Settings -> Payment methods in the web administration.
- On the left, you will see OK (save to an open bill/table) or Assign table in the case of a quick order.
- By clicking Cash/Card, the bill is either closed immediately, or you will be shown the option to enter a tip, or the card transaction is sent to the terminal.
- By clicking Advanced in the bottom right, you will enter the window to Complete payment, where you can choose a discount, number of guests, etc.
