Device won’t turn on / won’t charge
- Make sure you are charging and turning on the device correctly.
- When turned off, the device charges with the adapter only up to 60%.
- Charging in the docking station is not possible with 0% battery.
- Turn on the device by holding the side button until the PAX logo appears.
- Try a different adapter/cable (USB → USB-C).
- Charge for a longer period – the device may need more time.

Test a different power outlet.
- Nothing helped? →Warranty claim.

Device is frozen
- Restart the device or remove the battery and turn it on again.

Identify where the screen is stuck:
- Blue screen = battery replacement required.
- If PEDTempered error appears, it indicates damage → Warranty claim.
Connection issues
SIM card
- Check that the SIM card is inserted correctly.
- Make sure mobile data is enabled.
- Ensure the SIM has enough data → Data usage.
WiFi
- Check that WiFi is turned on.
- Make sure the device is connected to the correct network.
- Remove saved networks and try reconnecting.

Ask to check the router (does it see the device's MAC address?).
- Nothing helped? → Warranty claim.
| Note: If your device keeps disconnecting and reconnecting, check your internet connection type. Use either mobile data or Wi-Fi, never both at the same time. |
Weak print
Clean the print head.
- Use proper thermal paper (a gray line should appear when scratched with a fingernail).

Perform a self-test in the calculator.

Only half of the paper is printing
If the print appears only on one side, check the paper holder.
Blank paper printing
Make sure the paper is inserted correctly.
No printing or choppy printing
Check if the roller is inserted on the wrong side.
White battery icon on the display
- The battery is either inserted incorrectly or is damaged.

If the message "charger 12 c err" appears, remove the battery for 10 minutes.

Scanner stays on
Open the Payments app → Menu → System Settings → Scanner Settings → Disable scan button.
Error "Power error: 10"
- Restart the device.
